About this opportunity :
The Office Administrative Assistant is an onsite part-time role which performs a variety of administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations for the organization. Hours for this positions are 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail (including printing of labels and securing of parcels).
- Maintain and order stock for all Milford site kitchens, conference rooms, and breakrooms.
- Ensure kitchen and office supplies are stored properly.
- Scan invoices received in daily mail and share with Finance.
- By request, coordinate, and reserve lunch for on-site meetings.
- Ensure clients and visitors are greeted with a positive and helpful attitude and directed to appropriate visitor entrances.
- Order business cards for Nitto Avecia and Nitto Avecia Pharma Services employees.
- Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Prior administrative or clerical experience required.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance.
