```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, real estate & estate documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
