We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette - Assist with order entry and processing - Provide general administrative support to staff members - Assist with office management tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office cleanliness - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - Utilize computer literacy skills to complete various tasks Skills: - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Experience in order entry and processing - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to coordinate projects and work well under pressure - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus - Familiarity with file management systems If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Office Administrator.
