Estimating Manager

The Mission of this Position: Provide quality estimates to our clients for future projects. Use the latest technology to always be refining and redesigning our company processes; including the latest construction design software, AI, and any other relevant tools to build the best estimating process for quoting large commercial wood framing projects. Use historical data to ensure accuracy of labor quotes for type specific projects.

1st year role outcomes:

1. Quote Minimum of 70 million in commercial wood framing in the NW.

2. Guarantee Quality Lumber bids to customers. 

3. Refine and redesign our systematized takeoff process using current available technology 

4. Integrate new technology used in the quoting phase (Wall panel design software, AI, etc) with the pre-construction department to ensure the best value.

5. Always be refining company SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) with current operations
