The Customer Service Representative is a position that will interact directly with OEM and SP customers to manage their expectations regarding order processing and fulfilment. The job requires a thorough understanding of K&N Engineering's manufacturing practices as well as exceptional management, computer, communication and organizational skills. The incumbent will interact with and support Product Managers, Engineering and Production personnel with necessary information specific to each customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Function as the main point of contact for order processing and fulfillment with assigned customers.
- Work with customers to resolve any issues regarding orders.
- Coordinator with other K&N departments to establish delivery dates and meet customer deadlines.
- Constantly monitor and support all O.E. web portals which contain vital Administrative, Compliance, Forecasting, Purchasing and Quality information.
- Generate and maintain forecast orders on finished goods within BMS to provide Purchasing and Production with ample visibility.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Experience, Skills & Education:
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers and in a 1-on-1 or team situation.
- Customer service experience required.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs is required.
- 2+ years in a similar role preferred.

- Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to simultaneously handle multiple duties, prioritize, follow through on all tasks and projects, and meet pre-determined deadlines with limited supervision.
