- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer service or related area
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated strengths in communication skills including active listening, speaking, and writing and follow standards, policies and disciplines for telephone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in high-volume working environment
- Fluent in Spanish; read, write, and speak
- Coordinate schedules for office-based infusions with physicians offices
- Document patient outcomes and required follow-up on patient charts in keeping with standards and policies
- Update other departments with patient-related interests on the status of nursing schedules
- Assist to validate nursing invoices from agencies for accuracy related to billable hours as scheduled and documented on patient charts
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
