Our part time practice schedule is every Friday plus the first Saturday of every month. If you are selected you will be invited to a recorded zoom call and trained to perform basic duties for a $18/h paid working interview. If you get hired, you'll get a raise up to $20/h. Then, you will enter a 2 month experimental period where we review your attendance, punctuality and performance before considering you for another raise.
.What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with patients over the phone and in person, using our customized scripts.
Maintain a health-inspiring appearance and demeanor that aligns with the ideals and aesthetics of our practice.
Schedule appointments for new patients and handle inquiries, following our established protocols.
Handle rescheduling, address patient concerns, and provide exceptional support during their time at the practice.
Regularly follow up with past consultations to keep them informed about their decision- making progress.
Communicate promptly with the practice owner when encountering unfamiliar situations.
Keep the office, kitchen, staff bathroom, and patient areas organized, clean, and welcoming (cleaners are provided) during your shifts (4-5 Fridays a month, one Saturday a month).

Perfect to exemplary attendance and punctuality over the trial period of 2 months is mandatory to keep this job.

Selected candidates will undergo a quick screening call followed by a 20 min zoom training on our communication software and practice management and voIP and how to answer the phone for regular situations.
An in-person working interview will conclude the selection process. As you will be the front desk face of our practice, we expect a neat presentation and business casual attire.
Throughout a 2-month evaluation period, your performance and effort will determine possible salary increases or a promotion to treatment coordinator if there is interest.
