Customer Service Guru – Where customer service is top tier, every patient, regardless of the time of day, leaves filling top priority and no visit is different in the care they have received from our team.
Front Desk Delight: Welcome visitors with warmth, assist them with check-in, and guide them to the right spot. Be the ambassador of our Smile Out Loud environment, offering tours and introducing them to our wonderful space.
Phone Pro: Handle incoming calls with finesse and a friendly attitude, ensuring every patient inquiry is met with courtesy and efficiency and a smile through the phone.
Data Dynamo: Master our patient systems for seamless data entry and appointment scheduling. Run reports regularly to maximize appointment capacity.
Financial Facilitator: Assist patients in making payments on their accounts, ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Scheduler Extraordinaire: Be the maestro of scheduling, coordinating patient appointments, rescheduling, and more.
Office Ovation: Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the reception and atrium areas, ensuring our space always shines.
Tech Troubleshooter: Assist in resolving patient issues as directed.
Mobile Marvel: Travel to satellite offices as needed, showing your dedication to our patients wherever they may be.
Resourceful Resolutions: Assist with the transfer of patients in/out and resolve issues promptly, without escalation.
Team Training: Play a pivotal role in training new Scheduling Coordinators, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Reward Ambassador: Help patients redeem their well-deserved reward points, adding to their Smile Out Loud experience.
Office Orchestrator: Coordinate office maintenance tasks, from plumbing to pest control, ensuring our space remains in top shape.

Key Requirements:
High School Diploma: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Age Requirement: Be 18 years of age or older.

Application Question(s):
- This position will require you to travel at least 1 day per week. Leaving the Amarillo office as early as 5:30 am and returning home as late as 6:30 pm. Lunch and time traveling in the Van is paid. Most day will be from 7:50 am to 5 pm. Is this a schedule you can work with?
