Scheduling Coordinator

Overview:

Alliance Safety and Fire is looking to expand our team by adding a second Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast - paced environment. This position will be responsible with working directly with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Scheduling for technicians in an established fire protection service department

• Project progress tracking including but not limited to material cost, labor cost, and other expenses associated with individual projects
• Ability to review reports and relay pertinent information to departmental heads
• Assist department heads in day to day planning for optimal efficiency
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to an established and growing customer base

Qualifications:
-1 year of staffing experience

- 1 year of customer service experience

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
