Job Purpose: Coordinate the scheduling of daily appointments for new home buyers to install media equipment as well as the activation of security monitoring systems within a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Technology and/or media experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to maintain customer relations and schedules in a timely manner.
- High paced customer service experience preferred, with ability to problem solve.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work order scheduling: utilize multiple software systems to communicate and fulfill client schedules. Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.
- Work order documentation: ensure documentation accuracy for all daily work orders including, but not limited to, sales orders, purchase orders & customer agreements.
- Problem solving: assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations by quickly and efficiently removing obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Daily communication: Establishes and promotes goodwill with external customers while effectively communicating between multiple departments to ensure job quality. Heavy phone and email communication with clients in a timely manner is required.
