The Project Coordinator will support Health Equity Initiatives (HEI) programming by providing administrative, program, and communication support to enhance division operations. The ideal candidate will be process and detail oriented and team focused with a developed level of professionalism necessary to interact effectively with a diverse clientele both internal and external to the University. The Project Coordinator will manage HEI filing and communications systems, including Box and our project management software. The Project Coordinator will ensure we are maintaining university standards and continually seek opportunities to improve our processes. The Project Coordinator will support report development, assist with maintaining HEI listserv and website, and support the continued growth of HEI social media pages. The Project Coordinator may also assist with scheduling, event planning, ordering materials/supplies, and working with the business office as needed.

Education and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Up to Two (2) years of professional experience
- Valid Driver's License required
Skills Needed:
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, must be team focused, and capable of coordinating multiple projects and the timely support for the team
- Must be process and detail oriented, maintain confidentiality, and produce high quality, accurate results Applicants will be expected to use Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, Zoom, and project management software
