We are looking for someone whose mission in life is to take care of elderly, disabled, or disadvantaged neighbors. Are you someone who likes to talk on the phone, pays attention to details, and has sales experience? ```Duties```
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney's daily schedule
- Answer phone calls and respond to client and prospect inquiries
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Assist with law office tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Previous experience working on the phone or in a call center is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure
