Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our Austin Service Department team. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that day-to-day service operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing appointments, coordinating multiple service technician’s daily schedules, and providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating service technician schedules with service and inspection request
· Maintain and update Service Scheduling software and calendars.
· Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
· Coordinate with Service Managers and Service Sales Reps to ensure seamless scheduling and allocation of resources within the service department.
· Resolve Service Scheduling conflicts and adjust as needed.
· Assist in managing and prioritizing all incoming daily service calls and field service technician’s daily schedules.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns both internally and externally.
· Generate reports and maintain records related to service department scheduling activities.
· Collaborate with service department managers and sales department team to optimize processes and improve efficiency within the service department.
To execute the above referenced responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess developed computer skills. Experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word are required. Experience in accounting and/or service management software a definite plus. Prior experience in a related field (Mechanical Systems Service, Security, Electrical, Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler, etc.) will be given additional consideration. Must possess strong professional communication skills, and the ability to work within a team atmosphere under at times, stressful situations and deadlines. The ability to learn and repeatedly follow set-up processes for entering complete customer information. Candidates must be dedicated to learning the industry, as it relates to this position. Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
