A local union is seeking Member Support/Customer Service Representatives for full-time, first shift opportunities working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Enter application and new hire information
- Update and maintain member information
- Sent out monthly billing statements
- Use a proprietary systems, Word and Excel
- Email and phone follow-up
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience working in an office
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel
- Must have excellent data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have a professional and pleasant phone presence
