Location: Santa Rosa, CA Hourly Rate: $20 per hour/fulltime/non-exempt

Snapshot of the Role
In this key role, you will contribute to making the department’s work possible. You possess an inquisitive mind with clear communication skills and are intrinsically motivated to work with a dedicated team of fundraising professionals. You will engage with multiple departments within LBC with a focus on database and logistics. You play an important role of organizing, managing, and keeping administrative functions running smoothly.
Measure of Success
- Demonstrate personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of work assignments
- Respond to all emails by end of each workday, prioritizing high-importance emails first
- Contribute to the successful execution of annual fundraising efforts by supporting event planning goals
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written form in a respectful, timely, and clear manner
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the event cycle to ensure excellence in service and event experience
- Seeks team’s ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in processes and procedures
Some of the key duties and responsibilities you are entrusted with:
- Maintaining up-to-date, timely, and accurate database records, and reports
- Prioritizing and ensuring exceptional customer service to LBC patrons, members, donors, and prospective supporters
- Prioritizing the accuracy and data integrity as a principle means to support the work of the department
- Acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge of Tessitura, the database software used by the LBC, as a principle means of supporting the work of the department
- Tasks and projects that may include gift entry, constituent activities, renewal activities, records enhancement, constituent reports, lists and outputs, data extractions, donor recognition, and prospect management
- Maintaining proactive and responsive communication with other departments to support the work of the Center
- Proactively communicate challenges to the ADOP and/or team members as tenet of positive teamwork and problem solving
