SalaryMidwest Center for Women's Healthcare is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist for full time to join our team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our busy 6 physician OB/GYN office and assist our patients at our Arlington Heights and Hoffman Estates location . Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments
Responsibilities:
- Greets and promptly registers arriving patients. Provides any additional forms via electronic or paper and reviews to ensure completeness
- Verifies insurance utilizing electronic tools or telephone as needed.
- Makes appointments. Reschedules and confirms appointments.
- Scanning pertinent patient information into EMR
- Travel to both offices if needed.
- Required to work 1-2 evening until 7:30pm and on a rotation for Saturdays.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
