Role Overview:
As the receptionist, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for translating our vision into reality. Your strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and commitment to results will be essential in driving our organization towards achieving its long-term outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and steward the Driven Operating System (DOS) to create a data-driven, motivated team that embraces our core values.
- Oversee and document the five core functions (Lead Gen, Lead Nurture, Lead Conversion, Fulfillment, Retain/Refer) to ensure a seamless operational flow.
- Maintain and enforce the cadence of accountability, including OKRs, Prime Movers, Sprints, Team Meetings, and daily huddles.
- Create and maintain the company's org chart, fostering clarity and alignment.
- Manage the company's minimum monthly spend and prepare CEO metrics.
- Ensure operational stability by completing and maintaining the operational stability checklist.
- Project manage initiatives that reinforce our client-centric mission and long-term outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to embed core values in decision-making across departments.
- Recruit and retain exceptional team members, implementing operational systems for long-term success.
- Lead with transformational leadership principles, creating a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Manage communication and projects with legal partners to protect the company from legal liabilities.
- Develop and support HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Requirements:
