SalaryWe are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our orthopedic practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, MRI authorizations and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Verify insurance coverage.
- Maintain patient records and files.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
