SalaryBusy pediatric office seeking full time Medical Receptionist/ front desk staff to join our team. Office locations in both Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove. Office utilizes eClinicalWorks EMR. Previous front desk experience preferred. Duties include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments across two offices
- Scanning documents into patient charts
- Fax inbox
- Checking patients in and out for scheduled appointments, obtaining insurance information, scheduling new patient appointments, etc.
Daytime hours with alternating Saturday mornings. Paid time off and 401k available for all employees. Health, vision and dental insurance available for full time employees.
