Job Description: Coeur d'Alene Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Receptionist. This position is full-time (approximately 32-38 hours per week) and will include evening and Saturday hours. The position requires the ability to work from all three offices depending on the need. Majority of hours would be located in our Hayden Office Call Center. Call Center assists with incoming calls and texts however needed and reaches out to schedule appointments due.
Requirements: We are looking for an energetic person with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. You must be able to work at a fast pace, willing to spend majority of the day answering phones, and have great customer service.
