Osteopathic Treatment Center is a small business in Delta, CO. We are an osteopathic medicine specialty clinic treating patients with manipulation.
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to work Monday-Wednesday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
