Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data into our computerized systems and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Input and extraction of data with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in Excel/Google spreadsheets
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls while providing excellent customer service
- Assist in daily operations including answering department phones, taking messages, customer inquires and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Be able to use multiple web-based programs at once
- Be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Continuously manage large amounts of data accurately
- Flexible and team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and have basic reasoning skills
- Have exceptional Excel, Outlook and general PC skills.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
Saturday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years previous similar experience in data entry or customer service
