This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Role responsibilities include planning and organizing events of all sizes, proactively identifying opportunities to support the SVP office and AHS organization, deliver org-wide impacting projects for the success of the SVP office, and providing in person/in office support. In addition to project ownership and support in the SVP office, this role may provide EA support to one Director (calendar management, travel, expenses etc.). This Executive Assistant will also be responsible for space management for all of AHS, responsible for ensuring HC and specific programming needs are met across locations within the real estate portfolio. They will partner with Finance and PXT to understand changes to the business to drive allocations at AHS hub locations and also serve as a space Subject Matter Expert for other EAs in the team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
