EXPERIENCED MEDICAL ASSISTANT FOR BUSY SLEEP SPECIALISTS' OFFICE.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients - completing all documentation in EMR system
• Prepare telehealth appointments for physicians
• Obtain prior authorizations for prescription medicines
• Complete prescription requests
• Send out DME orders
• Process clinical documents in Athena EMR
• Prepare patient charts

Skills:

• Cooperate in team environment
• Front and back office experience a plus
• Athena EMR experience a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Excellent patient care a must

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Medical Assistant Training Program

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay based on education, training, and work experience
• Full benefits package available

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
