Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK

We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to join our team here at Fox Valley Dermatology as a Part-Time Receptionist. Position would be 3 days a week. Estimated weekly hours are 20 hrs. Qualified candidates must work well as a team as well as independently.

JOB DUTIES: Check in/out patients, Collect copayments, Answer multiple phone lines, Schedule appointments, Precert medications, Prepping charts, Appointment call reminders, Taking phone messages, Filing, Light housekeeping, Ordering supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a Medical/Dental office setting preferred. Must be able to multi-task, Work Independently, Have strong customer service skills, Quick learner, Reliable, Accountable, Friendly personality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
