Medical Receptionist (Full-Time)

Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is a therapist owned practice headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 28 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 130 employees. Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has been recognized by the APTA's Private Practice Section as Private Practice of the Year.

Seeking a Medical Receptionist preferably with 1-3 years’ experience for our Neenah location at 145 N Commercial Street. This position will be about 40 hours per week, working 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday each week.

In this position, the person will be responsible for processing doctor referrals, scheduling patients, patient account setup, insurance and patient demographics intake, processing patient payments, completing patient check-in process, and other duties as needed.
