Looking for someone friendly & flexible to work 2 days per week (Mon & Wed) and approximately 1 Sat. (am) / per month.
Shifts may rotate between our Waukesha & Oconomowoc clinics
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Taking incoming patient calls
Routing messages to nurses or doctors
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance & demographic information while scheduling appointment
Preparing information needed for patient appointments
Greeting & checking-in patients
