MUST:
Experienced Medical Receptionist
1+ experience working in a front desk / reception role in a medical office
1+ years of experience in office administrative roles (including ordering and restocking supplies, running daily reports, setting up meetings, greeting guest, supporting senior staff)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills (able to solve complex problems with little oversite)
DUTIES:
Will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers calling in – must be very professionally both in conversation and presentation
Help to set up office for meetings and client visits
Supporting team with basic contract review and data entry tasks
