* Field incoming calls * Create excellent patient experience/care * Confirming appointment & communicating with clients * Making sure all treatment records completed for the day * Process financial transactions and applications * Administrative support, filing, ordering, scanning, emails * Assist with social media, local marketing, and events * Perform open and closing duties * Assist operations managers with leads, outgoing calls to clients for consults, follow up, promotions, etc * Support team with sales to hit monthly goals * Support medical staff with sales, treatments room upkeep and follow up calls * Position hours are Tues - Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on some Saturdays when appointments for Saturdays are made. Typically 2 Saturdays a month.

Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

- Google Workspace (Preferred)
- Canva and Camera (Preferred)
