Immediate, full-time position, available with our medical office Administrative Team: Position -Front desk receptionist.
Our Medical Office Front Desk Receptionists and Operator are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors by performing various administrative tasks. These include but are not limited to assisting patients with registration; confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments; verifying insurance eligibility, collecting and scanning patient information; collecting and posting patient copays; Operator on busy multi-line phone system; and supplying backup for fellow administrative team positions. Verification and input of patient information in our electronic medical records system. Maintaining compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies and supplying backup for fellow administrative team positions.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years of medical office front desk experience
· 2 years of insurance verification and EMR experience
· 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 years PBX Operator/ Multi-Line Phone system
· Basic computer skills, MS Word and Excel
· Excellent communication skills
