Job Description

• You will be responsible for managing the North America Fast Track Team.

• You will develop and maintain a basis understanding of water and paper formulations and the regulations governing their use in North America.

• You will be responsible for formulating new products and reformulating existing products as needed to support the Solenis water and paper product portfolio.

• You will create and maintain the portfolio formulation record in NPI with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications

• You have a Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related degree.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of formulation lab work.

• You have an understanding of statistical methods, use of statistical software, and ability to use basic experimental design concepts.

• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - should be able to multitask with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
