Candidate must be proficient in the following front office duties:

• Computers and Electronic Medical Records
• Answering and routing calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Check-in and check out
• Collecting balances and copay's
• Verifying insurance and eligibility
• Referrals
• Scheduling, imaging studies
• Leadership skills
• Time management

The perfect candidate for this job will have a vibrant personality, be patient-friendly, learn quickly, work quickly and efficiently during busy times to ensure prompt and excellent service to our patients. Candidate must be a self-starter and exhibit a high level of personal responsibility, integrity, and respect for fellow staff and physicians. BILINGUAL is a plus.
