SalaryWe are seeking a friendly, energetic, individual to serve as a full-time member of the Front Office team who can handle multi-tasking in a busy medical practice. Ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and communication skills.
DUTIES:
- Greet patients with a warm smile
- Participate in patient registration and check out process
- Assist patients in scheduling follow-up appointments
- Ensure timely patient flow through the practice
- Communicate daily with patients, peers, and physicians
- Perform detail-oriented patient data entry into an EMR system
- Collect payment for patient services
- Other duties as assigned
