Schedule and cancel patient appointments.
Knowledge of Eclinical Works is a PLUS
Must be able to type at least 60 WPM.
Manage office telephone systems, including answering calls, returning messages and checking messages daily.
Manage incoming faxes.
Document patients' medical information, including medical history and health insurance information.
Coordinate daily office activities, greeting patients and checking patients in and out for their appointments.
Understand Clover payment system.
Understanding of patient's co-pays and balances.
Verifies patient information, recording medical history, and confirming purpose of visit.
Provide assistance to clinicians with Front Office support.
Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; and keeping patient information confidential.
Providing compassionate patient support and attention during office
Hourly rate based upon experience. Ranges between $18.00 - $22 per hour
