Looking for a full time responsible, ORGANIZED, detail-oriented, people person to assist at a dynamic therapy practice. Please don't apply thinking you can "make it work". This job will keep you on your toes- we are a great group - this position is key to having things run smoothly.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.

POSITION ENTAILS:
-Answer phones, greeting patients.-Scheduling appointments for several therapists..-Data entry.-Maintain charts.-Making invoices.-General office duties.
Office located in Boca Raton.
Full Time-- 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday 1 hour lunch Company doesn't have health benefits.
Applicant must be outgoing with excellent customer service and communication skills with multitasking abilities.
Must be able to communicate and get along. We are a loving team and are looking for an outgoing team player to help support our patients and therapists.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), QuickBooks experience a plus but not mandatory.
