Medical Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Duties include:

• Answering phones
• Ensuring all patient information is current & up to date (contact information, insurance, etc.)
• Checking in/ out patients
• Collecting all co-pays & requesting payment towards past due balances
• Incoming/ outgoing patient referrals
• Filing and sorting faxes
• Assisting in responding to any emails regarding the office schedule/patient payments
• Scheduling/ confirming appointments

Must be a team player, self motivated, good with communication and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per year
