Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Job description

This role is requires you to be available to work 12pm-8pm- at least 2 days per week.

Mental Health Clinic is looking for a MEDICAL Front Desk Receptionist.

• Handling a large volume of phone calls
• Verifying Insurances
• Scheduling and maintain patient appointments into a computerized system
• Recording and updating patient personal and financial information while protecting their rights by maintaining confidentiality
• Maintains the reception area and makes sure patients are at ease
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule and optimizes patients' satisfaction to help assist with all their needs
• Medical office experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday with some evenings
• Weekend availability
