Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room setup and catering arrangements
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is an advantage
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
