Perri Skin Care is a private practice in Sewell, NJ dedicated to all categories of skincare. We are professional, fast-paced, and inclusive. Our goal is to provide the best care possible to all of our patients. We offer cosmetic services, general dermatology, and surgical specialties. Our work environment includes friendly office staff, medical assistants and providers dedicated to patient care.
Perri Skin Care is looking for a medical receptionist who is motivated to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a dermatology setting is required. Previous experience in NexTech is also highly preferred. We are passionate in patient care and are looking for employees with the same mission.
Job Description Includes:
- answering phone calls
- making appointments
- checking patients in, which includes taking copays, confirming insurance, distributing and collecting intakes
- handling appointment requests via our online portal through Solutionreach
- handling of our text portal that patients use to confirm or cancel appointments
- sort and distribute faxes to departments within the office
- scan in patient information and attach info to patient charts
