Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Westfield Pediatrics is seeking a full time or part time front desk receptionist for its pediatric office. Responsibilities will include using an Electronic Medical Record to schedule patients, verifying insurance coverage, confirming appointments, and various other clerical duties. Experience in a medical office is preferred. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with all departments within the office. Competitive salary and benefits offered

• Greeting visitors
• Scheduling

• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7-8 hour shift

• 5PM
