We're currently on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and ambitious individual to fill the role of Medical Front Desk Receptionist at our new River Ave. location in Lakewood. Hours needed: M, Tu, W, F 8:30am-5pm, Thursday 4p-10 and e/o weekend. We are also hiring at our Madison Ave, Lakewood location as well.
Operating at the forefront of our facility as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient experiences during check-in and check-out procedures. Key responsibilities for the Medical Front Desk Receptionist include warmly welcoming and assisting patients, verifying and documenting patient information accurately, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with our healthcare professionals to maintain efficient patient flow.
We're seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, ideally with prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles. The Medical Front Desk Receptionist must have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in computer systems. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with EMR/EHR systems are advantageous, and being bilingual is a definite plus.

Medical Front Desk ReceptionistResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist patients in the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Respond promptly to patient's needs.
- Courteously verify patient information and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collect current and past due balances.
- Schedule appointments and provide necessary information to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
Medical Front Desk ReceptionistQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Experience with EMR/EHR is a plus.
