Windermere Medical Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Front Desk Receptionist for our family medicine office.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Greeting patients
• Checking in & Checking out patients
• Monitoring multiple provider schedules
• Collecting Payments
• Scheduling future appointments
• Answering phones
• Insurance Verification
• Appointment confirmations
• Excellent Customer Service a MUST

Full time: 40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 7:45am until 9:00 pm. There are various shifts throughout the day that need to be covered. You must be available to work any of the shifts Monday-Sunday.

Pay: $14-17/hr - depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shift
• Weekends as needed
