SalaryPrimary care practice looking for a medical receptionist who is a reliable, friendly, and detail oriented team player with excellent customer service skills. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE as a medical receptionist (minimum 6 months) and abillity to work at a busy practice.
Job Description:
- Part Time or Full Time (must be available to work during our business hours), Monday through Friday
- Potential to become the Front Desk Leader.
- Registering patients, tending to patient forms and preparing patient charts.
- Verify insurance coverage.
- Collecting payments (deductibles, co-pay, patient balances, etc).
- Organizing and filing documents.
- General office duties i.e. data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate care with patient and medical team.
