Busy, state of the art, personal injury treatment center has an immediate opening for a full time Medical Receptionist to assist with the daily front office operations, as well as staff support to the physician on the therapy floor, if needed.
Duties Will Include:
- greeting new and existing patients as they enter the practice
- making and taking patient calls for appointments
- contacting other doctors and attorney offices to request records
- verifying insurance coverage
- scanning/filing paperwork
- opening and closing the office
- other miscellaneous administrative tasks associated with a medical practice
- data entry of basic patient information into medical records
- opportunity for assisting in basic patient care is available for those who desire
Requirements:
- experience in an administrative roll, experience in personal injury is a huge plus!

- ability to multi-task
- reliable transportation & valid drivers license
- This position will be part time, primarily based out of the USF location.
- The ideal candidate must be able to travel within both office locations (MLK office and USF office) and fill in if needed.
- Hours: Monday and Wednesday 7:30AM-11:30AM & 2:30pm-6:30PM, Tuesday and Thursday 12:00PM-7:00PM, Friday 7:30AM-1:30PM
- fluent Spanish/English speaking and writing preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
