Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

An opportunity exists to join our team in a front-office position at a growing alternative medicine/medical marijuana practice in Naples, Florida. We are a fun practice who has grown to multiple offices over the past years due to our dedication to providing 5-Star compassionate service and quality care above all else. Willing to train.

**This role is primarily for the Naples office; however, additional hours are available for candidates who are willing work additionally at Cape Coral. Reliable transportation is a requirement!

This is much more than a sole medical receptionist position; answering phones, check-in/check-out, scheduling position. We are looking for the right candidate to work with the team to help grow the practice. You, in essence, will work in a multi role capacity organizing and building the schedule, answering the phones, promoting, assisting patients with the state application, setting appointments, and much more. This position can be gratifying and rewarding as we are helping many people change and improve their quality of life.

The position is between part time to full time and an ideal candidate is outgoing and a people person, a self-starter, responsible, compassionate, and motivated by their success. We are looking for someone to join our team who would ideally like to grow with the practice. Applicants should be accustomed to multi-tasking and a busy practice, although there is also a decent amount of downtime to fill productively. Being an advocate, user, and supporter of medical marijuana and alternative medicine is also a plus!

Medical office experience a plus, but not required. Must be local to SW Florida area.

Competitive hourly pay, PDO, product commisions, and productivity bonuses available.
