Must be able to multi task.
MUST have at least two years medical office experience. OB/GYN experience preferred.
Primary job is to check patients in, collect copays and outstanding balances, Scan patient paperwork and insurance information in to EHR. Verify benefits and eligibility. Interact with the patients face to face and by phone.
Good customer service and people skills a must.
Prior EMR (EPIC & ECW) experience a plus. Availity experience also a plus.
