SalaryImmediate opening for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist. Candidates mustbe a medical assistant and have pediatric experience as well as be fluent in Englishand Spanish. Experience and knowledge needed in regards to verify commercial and Medicaid insurance, prior authorizations, check in/check out, able to answer multiple incoming phone lines.
must have experience and Knowledge of how to verify ,calculate And collect various insurances copays /deductibles and past balances
Duties include:
- Check in/check out patients
- Answer multiple incoming phone lines, assist with scheduling and confirming
- Verify insurances, have a understanding of different insurance companies and their different plans
- Obtain prior authorizations if necessary
- Multi task between assignments
e-Clinical Works experience is preferred. Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
