Medical Practice in Rosedale Looking for full time Secretary Administrative Assistant.
We are seeking motivated individuals who have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Greeting and checking patients in a fast-paced medical office, assists in clerical support functions, maintains departmental records and files, prepares documents and correspondence, organizes inventory of office supplies and forms. Assists with patient scheduling, registration and insurance verifications and obtaining authorization and/or referral for appointments.
Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalency. Work Orientation & Experience: 2 -3 years experience in a medical office, general knowledge of medical terminology; prior experience with insurance verification and scheduling required.
EMR experience preferred.
