Job Description
The Business Operations Team is an extension of our media team that primarily focuses on vendor invoice reconciliation. The Media Business Operations Analyst will have a significant impact on the media side of our business and will be responsible for timely, accurate and successful execution of all financial components of media campaign for our clients.
Primary Responsbilities:
- Execute Client Billing, Purchase Orders, and Supplier payment approvals with various vendors
- Act as a key business partner to Media Planners, Account Managers, and Internal financial leads
- Ensure media buys are compliant with Publicis Media & Groupe media buying policies.
- Be primary point of contact for all Vendor Invoice Reconciliation
- Submit vendor payment requests to Treasury
- Set up access and manage agency Prisma users and manage Prisma API integrations
- Manage ad server and provider instance mapping in Prisma
- Manage new vendor setup and vendor remit update requests
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- 2 to 3 years experience within financial operations
- Media Agency experience in a financial role helpful but not required
- Committed, fast learner with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and good at following and executing procedures in a timely and accurate manner
- Capacity to lead projects and track work through to completion with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately convey next steps, guidelines, analysis as well as follow up with internal teams, Clients and all levels of management
- Strong Excel skills
- Prisma experience is required
- Work well under pressure and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Compensation Range: $58,500-92,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
