Responsibilities
Job functions include
- Coordinating MCX discovery and improvement meetings
- Designing needs assessment tools
- Assisting in the development of SOPs
- Creating complex spreadsheets, making recommendations for database management, and evaluating patient feedback IP outcomes with the goal of improving the Mayo Clinic experience
- Assists all aspects of improvement meetings from planning and executing to evaluation and report generation
- Provides and manages the planning and coordination of meetings that include customer support, videoconferencing, audio and visual support, and coordination and logistics of all trainings
- Supports site based custom survey and data requests
- Coordinates all site-based staff recognition awards and help support enterprise Patient Experience awards
- Manages patient engagement work (Patient & Family Advisory Councils PFAC and Patient & Family Experience Engagement Events PFEX)
- Updates the Improvement Partnership Experience website content and collaborates with Public Affairs to publish Experience stories within the News Center while also assisting with broader publications
- Captures and shares Experience best practices across the enterprise while also collaborating with our MCCN partners
- Must be highly organized, able to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, work independently as well as in a team, and exercise good judgment.
This Position is 50% Remote, must live within driving distance of Mayo campus.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience): An Associate's degree is required for this position. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in Education, office management, project management, or customer relations or project management. Experience within a health care setting would be highly preferred. Demonstrated project management skills, demonstrated success in multi-tasking, proficiency in word processing, database management, Excel, PowerPoint and meeting management. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), strong organizational skills and self-initiative. Experience in coordinating and managing projects and/or training programs is preferred. Experience with data collection, organization, analysis and delivery of information.
